From The Sacramento Bee: Plans for a Harvard Square-type "urban village" at California State University, Sacramento, are finally moving forward -- spurred by the university's new business development chief. The $500 million on-campus complex of housing, retail, restaurants and offices to be built near the university's south entrance.
