New high school library focuses on technology, interaction

Library at New Haven (Mich.) High School appeals to students' wants

From The Detroit Free Press: More schools across the nation are converting their libraries into more lively, interactive and technology-driven libraries. New Haven High School in New Haven, Mich., is opening a new library that is rich with the kind of technology and comforts teens crave: They can check out books electronically; download books onto their iPods; check out an iPad or book reader and take it home; lounge on comfy furniture; and sip on a hazelnut cappuccino.
