Bonds will enable California district to rebuild elementary

Wiseburn district plans to replace Juan Cabrillo Elementary School with a new facility.

The Wiseburn (Calif.) School District has won approval of a $32 million bond proposal. The funds will enable the district to tear down and rebuild Juan Cabrillo Elementary School, a 400-student, K-2 campus.
