Southern Local (Ohio) school district seeks funds to build high school

$3.95 million proposal would provide local share of costs

From The Pomeroy Daily Sentinel: The Southern Local school district in Racine, Ohio, is asking voters on Aug. 3 to approve a $3.95 million bond proposal. The money would provide the local share of constructing a high school. The state of Ohio would contribute $7.4 million.
