D.C. plans to move central office

Administrators will be housed in one of the district's schools instead of in leased space

Washington, D.C., schools chancellor Michelle Rhee says she plans to move the district's central office out of leased space and into a school building within a few years; boost the number of high school extracurricular activities by fall; and complete teacher contract negotiations by March 30.
