The Seneca (Mo.) R-7 District is seeking approval next month of a $9 million bond proposal to pay for a new high school. The new facility would hold 800 students in grades 9 to 12; grades 6 to 8 would move into the existing high school building, and grades 4 and 5 would move to the existing middle school facility. Voters previously rejected the same bond proposal.
