: A federal judge has ruled that the
University of Wyoming
violated the First Amendment rights of former Weather Underground radical William Ayers when it banned him from speaking on campus
. Judge William Downes, who served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, issued an injunction that orders the university to allow Ayers, now a professor at the
University of Illinois-Chicago
, to speak today at the UniWyo Sports Complex on campus in
Laramie

Security was heightened Wednesday at the
