Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is planning to build a 76,000-square-foot facility to house its College of Business. The $25 million O’Connor Business Building will include classrooms, computer labs, business incubators for entrepreneurial companies and faculty and administrative offices. The facility is being designed with a goal of achieving LEED Silver certification. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer; occupancy is planned for the fall of 2010. The architect is Omniplan.
