From The Detroit Free Press: Some school districts in Michigan are so cash-strapped, they're not just closing schools or canceling services, they also are sharing executives to save money. New Haven Community Schools and neighboring L'Anse Creuse Public Schools in Macomb County share a top manager who is superintendent of one and assistant superintendent of the other.
