Assistant principal at Chicago high school charged with battery on student

Administrator allegedly pushed and dragged female student

From The Chicago Sun-Times: The assistant principal of high school in Chicago has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly dragging and pushing a female student in a school hallway. It is unclear whether the 16-year-old student was hospitalized or suffered any injuries from the alleged physical altercation. Jaime Jaramillo, 30, turned himself into police after being charged in the attack at the Steinmetz Academic Centre.
