San Francisco colleges discuss "super-dorm" concept

From The San Francisco Business Times: For several years, the California College of the Arts, with campuses in San Francisco and Oakland, has been working with developers, city officials and other institutions of higher learning to figure out a way to build student housing in the city. One idea is a so called “super dorm,” where several institutions pool resources and then work with a private developer to build a large residence hall. Other institutions involved in the discussions include University of California Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco State University, and the California Culinary Academy.
