Administrators react to proposed cuts to university system

From The Sacramento Bee: The University of California, Davis, is considering eliminating 450 to 500 jobs, charging students extra fees and making it harder for in-state residents to be admitted. The proposed actions are a reaction to Gov. Jerry Brown's proposal to cut $500 million from the University of California's statewide budget.
