University of North Florida building receives LEED gold rating

College of Education and Human Services facility is first on campus to achieve gold certification

News release: The new College of Education and Human Services building on the University of North Florida campus in Jacksonville has been received LEED gold certification. The $18 million building has about 107,000 gross feet on three floors. It include teaching labs, faculty offices, meeting rooms and support spaces. The facility is the fourth campus structure to receive LEED certification, and the first to achieve a gold rating.
