School board plan called for construction spending of $1.5 billion over 6 years

From The Washington Post: Montgomery County, Md., county executive Isiah Leggett will unveil a six-year, $3.9 billion capital budget that calls for school construction to move ahead at full speed. The proposed budget would cover all of the construction projects in the $1.5 billion plan that the school board approved in November.
