Wake County (N.C.) district wants to convert 3 campuses to magnet schools

From The Raleigh News & Observer: Administrators in the Wake County (N.C.) school district are proposing that three schools in Raleigh with a high percentage of low-income students become magnets. They also asked that two existing magnets overhaul their magnet themes.
