Payroll supervisor in Detroit district is accused of altering records

Detroit Public Schools Emergency Financial Manager Robert C. Bobb has placed a payroll supervisor on unpaid administrative leave following allegations the supervisor altered payroll records. The supervisor has held the responsibility of running the Detroit Public Schools payroll for six years. He is accused of altering his own payroll records in the process of processing the district's Feb 26 payroll. The employee is on leave pending a hearing before the Division of Human Resources.
