Community college in Kansas City, Kan., will offer student housing
From The Kansas City Star: Kansas City Kansas Community College will officially offer student housing for the first time. Starting in the fall, the college will lease 48 renovated apartments from an apartment complex adjacent to the campus. The school will use the apartments to accommodate a maximum of 106 students, who will pay the rent. The housing will not include coed rooms nor allow for spouses or children. Student housing long has been a request of students and administrators.
