Residence hall renovations will create housing squeeze at University of Michigan

Overhauling two halls and permanently closing a third will reduce room availability
Nov. 17, 2011

From AnnArbor.com: With three residence halls scheduled to be closed next fall at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, a large number of returning students who would prefer on-campus housing will have to look off-campus. This year, total on-campus housing capacity this year is 11,701. That will drop to roughly 11,130 next year as one hall reopens and three close.
