From The San Antonio Express-News: A little more than 100 employees in the North East Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas, will be notified this week that their jobs are being eliminated at the end of the school year. The district is in the first year of an austerity plan and needs to cut $63 million from its budget over the next three years.
