DePaul University finds new home for satellite campus

Site on Chicago's Northwest Side will be more convenient than Des Plaines location
April 5, 2010
From The Chicago Tribune: After providing classes at a satellite campus in Des Plaines, Ill., for more than 20 years, DePaul University got its eviction notice last year, as its site will be swallowed by the suburb's soon-to-be-built casino. Officials say the new location might attract more students because of the area's large working population and will be more accessible to faculty, too. The new campus is on Chicago's Far Northwest Side, a short walk from a rapid transit station and easily accessible from Interstates 294 and 90.
