From The Sacramento Bee: U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy helped break ground for a $10 million expansion of the library at the McGeorge School of Law at the University of Pacific in Sacramento, Calif. The Pacific McGeorge Legal Studies Center also will include space for symposia, events and legal training.
