Iowa district fails to pass bond issue for new building

Money would have paid for facility for grades 6 to 12 in Riverside district

Voters in the Riverside (Iowa) District have rejected an $8.1 million bond request. The money would have paid for a new building to house grades 6 through 12. The facility would have been built next to the elementary school in Oakland.To read The Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil article, click here.
