Bonds would pay for new middle school in Nebraska district

Scottsbluff district also would get funds to renovate four elementary schools.

Voters in the Scottsbluff (Neb.) district will go to the polls on May 15 to decide the fate of a $19.6 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to build a new middle school and renovate four existing elementary buildings.
