Mustang (Okla.) high school to get major overhaul

$57.9 million bond proposal approved by voters

From The Oklahoman: Voters in the Mustang (Okla.) School District on have overwhelmingly approved a pair of bond issues totaling $57.9 million that will pay for a complete overhaul of the high school campus. The campus now is made up of more than a dozen buildings. The redesign calls for shedding some of the buildings to make room for the construction of a two-story structure that will house 28 classrooms and administration offices.The redesign also calls for the construction of a ninth-grade center, an enlarged media center and a commons area for the high school.
