Former Indiana school chief is new education commissioner in Florida

From The Tampa Tribune: Indiana's former state school superintendent has been hired as Florida's new education commissioner. The State Board of Education selected Tony Bennett, a Republican who lost a bid for re-election last month in Indiana, was chosen from a slate of three finalists.
