Fairmont Private Schools has completed its purchase of the former Saddleback Valley Christian school campus in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., for $22.75 million.

The Orange County Register reports that the two-building campus has more than 60 classrooms for pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade.

The building became available after Saddleback Valley Christian said it was relocating to the Bridge Church campus in Rancho Santa Margarita.

The San Juan campus was built in 2006 and expanded in 2010. The sale includes all the furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Fairmont has four campuses in Tustin and Anaheim, teaching 1,800 students from pre-K through 12th grade.

The school system’s officials had eyed expanding to the south part of Orange County for more than a decade, Fairmont officials say.
