Donation enables Kentucky college to acquire former high school in Louisville

Simmons College of Kentucky is using a donation to acquire a former high school campus in Louisville

The $350,000 donation from The National Baptist Convention of America will enable the college to buy the former Central High School, reports WDRB News 

Central High was the first public school for black students in the state of Kentucky.

The building will be used as the college's new campus headquarters,
