Texas charter network acquires former Christian school facility in Dallas
Trinity Basin Preparatory School, a charter network based in Grand Prairie, Texas, has acquired the former Tyler Street Christian Academy in Dallas for $10 million.
Tyler Street Christian Academy closed last year amid declining enrollment and budget woes, reports Oak Cliff Advocate Magazine.Trinity Basin opened its first campus in 1999 and now has seven locations.
Once Tyler Street facility is renovated and expanded, the campus will be able to serve about 900 students.
Trinity Basin Prep now has about 4,200 students across all of its campuses.
