The Master’s University, a Christian university in Santa Clarita, Calif., has purchased nine properties to expand its student housing.
The university has experienced enrollment growth over the past two years and is needing extra space for its students, reports SCVTV.
Seven of the nine homes, to be called Campus Cottages, are adjacent to the campus and another two are within walking distance.
The purchase of nine homes adds roughly 12 acres to the university's campus, which previously encompassed 95 acres.
The units will house upperclassmen beginning in fall 2022.
