Duquesne University, a Catholic university in Pittsburgh, is moving forward with plans to build a 12-story residence hall on the campus.
The city planning commission has approved plans for the new building, reports The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
The residence hall will have about 229 units.
Outdoor features include courtyard spaces and a landscaped plaza.
