The university says the four-story, 88,000-square-foot residence hall is set to open in 2026 near the Carlton Union Building and Templeton Fountain.
The residence hall will offer a mix of traditional double-occupancy rooms, shared suite-style rooms and individual rooms along with community kitchens, lounges and other common areas. A new campus master plan calls for more landscaping and curved pedestrian walkways through the area.
Stetson has other facility projects in the works:
Renovate Elizabeth Hall with new restrooms and an elevator.
Begin the first phase of renovations at the Edmunds Center. The upgrades will provide new restrooms, new seating and a new sound system. A new elevator will be added by summer 2025.
Rebuild Hulley Tower. The project will restore the tower to its original 116-foot height and add a 52-bell carillon.
