Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio, has announced plans for a new student housing facility.

The Tiffin University Residential Village will provide living space for about 450 students and will be built in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion by fall 2027, and the second phase in fall 2028.

In addition to living spaces, the Residential Village will have retail spaces, a lounge/study area, dining and laundry areas. The university is collecting student feedback that will be used to finalize the design of this facility. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.
