Spokesmen for a defunct Florida chemical plant say there are no health risks to students at nearby Gulfside Elementary School. More than two months after a federal oversight official issued a scathing report indicating former students might have been exposed to toxic emissions, officials of Stauffer Management Co. say the report is alarmist and biased.
