Asbestos fibers released during repairs at Washington D.C. school

Washington D.C. health officials say asbestos fibers were released during repairs at an elementary school this month, exposing students and staff to high levels of the material. Health officials also say school administrators don't have procedures in place to prevent other such incidents.
