ease classroom crowding by linking home and school construction

. Builders have argued that the plan is flawed, but county planners say any problems with the policy have been fixed.

The district has six schools scheduled to open in August that will add 7,680 more school seats and relieve many of the district's most crowded schools The school district's projected enrollment figures show that 154,454 students are expected in the fall, up from 149,792 at the beginning of this school year.
