Narragansett (R.I.) district seeks to renovate high school auditorium

The Narragansett (R.I.) district wants to renovate the auditorium at Narragansett High School.

School officials said they want to create a more usable, multipurpose space, reports Patch.com. 

The HVAC system will be replaced, and the electrical system will be overhauled to provide improved lighting and sound control. A more energy-efficient mechanical system will be installed.

Cosmetic upgrades will include a new stage floor for the auditorium, a new ceiling, an improved seating area, installation of a ramp for people with disabilities, and enhanced acoustics.
