A $120 million residential village that will house about 600 students is being planned for the California State University San Marcos campus.
The University Village Student Success Housing and Dining Project will also have a dining hall for students, reports The San Diego Union Tribune.
The university is constructing the village to accommodate growing enrollment. Last fall, about 16,255 students were enrolled at the university.
Funding for the project will be covered by state grants and revenue bonds.
Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
