New Construction
High School in Bryan, Texas., is expanding
The Bryan (Texas) district is expanding Rudder High School.
The 20,240-square-foot addition at the high school will add 14 classrooms, two parking lots, a new marquee, and additional outdoor lighting, reports WTAW News Talk.
The new space will enable the district to eliminate portable classrooms from the campus.
The district is also constructing its third intermediate school.
The Rudder expansion and the new intermediate school were among the projects approved by voters in a bond election last November.
Construction on the high school is expected to be complete by January 2023.
