Osseo-Fairchild (Wisc.) district breaks ground on Technical Education Center

High school students will be able to receive their high school and college diploma at no extra cost if they attend the career and technical education school.

The Osseo-Fairchild (Wis.) district has broken ground on a new Technical Education Center in Osseo.

High school students will use the Osseo-Fairchild Technical Education Center to learn trade skills and attend Chippewa Valley Technical College academies. This will enable students to graduate with both their high school diploma and a diploma from CVTC at no extra cost, reports WEAU 13 news

Academy subjects include welding, construction, autobody, auto-mechanics, and machining.

Construction is anticipated to be complete in the spring, with the facility opening up to students next fall.
