A private high school focused on STEM curriculum is planning to open next year in Rogers, Minn.
Trilogy STEM Academy will offer a college-like atmosphere to students interested in STEM, reports The Press & News.
The school will open next year in a leased space with one to two labs. After three years, school officials hope to move to a 15-acre site in Otsego.
The school is accepting only freshmen for 2022-23; in succeeding years, the school plans to expand to a four-year program.
Students will be in small classrooms to receive one-on-one instruction.
School officials say students will be have opportunities to enroll in 13 advanced placement classes, and become involved with hands-on projects, extracurriculars, volunteer work, and a robotics club.
Tuition will be $14,875 a year plus fees.
Classes are expected to begin in fall 2022.
