Prep school in Connecticut will add an academic building
The Frederick Gunn School, a boarding school for grades nine through 12 in Washington, Conn., is constructing an academic building.
A $25 million donation from Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch will enable the school to construct the Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch Center for Innovation and Active Citizenship, the school says in a news release.
The building will be constructed in the center of the campus and will house the school's science, math, engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, and citizenship programs.
The facility is expected to open in fall 2023.
