Tarleton State University breaks ground on a second facility at its Fort Worth, Texas, campus
Tarleton State University has broken ground on a second building at its Fort Worth, Texas, campus.
The $66 million, 102,000-square-foot Interprofessional Education Building will house classroom and specialized laboratory spaces for the university's college of health sciences and human services and the college of education, the university says in a news release.
Facility features will include high-fidelity simulation and clinical skills suites, teaching and research labs, classrooms, and a large multipurpose hall. There will also be various collaboration spaces interspersed with teaching and research areas to allow interactions and connections.
Construction is expected to finish by spring 2024.
