The Dripping Springs (Texas) district is ready to break ground on its sixth elementary school.

The Hays Free Press reports that the $66.3 million, 117,000-square-foot campus in the Headwaters neighborhood will accommodate 850 students in grades pre-K to 5.

When the school, which has not yet been named, opens in 2025-26, it is expected to ease crowding at Dripping Springs and Walnut Springs elementary schools.

The architect is Pfluger and the builder is American Constructors.
