Linden (Alabama) district plans to replace high school

A new $7 million campus is expected to be completed in 2026.

The Linden (Alabama) City School District has announced plans to build a $7 million high school.

WAKA-TV reports that  construction of the new Linden High School is set to begin in the spring.

Superintendent Timothy Thurman says the new school will come equipped with the latest technology and security features.

It’ll take about a year to build — and should be finished by spring 2026.
