Districts with the most students attending charter schools, 2014-15

Charter schools were operating in 43 states and Washington, D.C., in 2014-15. Statistics compiled by the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools show that 2.9 million students were enrolled in charters that year.

About a quarter of that total are in the 10 districts that have the largest numbers of students attending charters.
