States with the lowest rate of discipline incidents, 2014-15

For every 100,000 students in U.S. public schools in 2014-15, there were 2,583 discipline incidents that resulted in the removal of a student from a regular education program for at least an entire school day, according to the federal government's Indicators of School Crime and Safety: 2016.
