For the second year in a row, State Technical College of Missouri in Linn, Mo., is the nation's highest-rated community college, according to an analysis by the WalletHub website.
The personal-finance website gathered 2020 data from 698 community colleges and assessed the institutions' performance in 18 key indicators of cost and quality, such as tuition, per-student spending, faculty salaries and graduation rates.
State Technical College of Missouri scored the highest for 2020, with 74.50 points out of a possible 100. The second-ranked community college in 2019, Arkansas State University-Mountain Home, again ranked second in the 2020 list.
