Girl, 14, stabbed at school in Colorado (with Video)

A 14-year-old girl has been stabbed in the back, allegedly by another student, at Aspen Creek K-8 School in Broomfield, Colo.

The Boulder Daily Camera reports the injured girl was airlifted to a hospital in Aurora for treatment; her condition was not known.The girl reportedly was stabbed outside the school on a playground.

A 14-year-old boy is alleged to be the assailant and was in custody. The school, which is in the Boulder Valley district was placed on lockdown until authorities had the scene under control.
