Two teens charged in Boston school shooting that wounded 2
Police have arrested two teens in connection with the shooting that left a 31-year-old teacher and a 17-year-old student injured in the parking lot of a school in Boston.
The shooting occurred outside TechBoston Academy in the Dorchester neighborhood on March 15. The victims were on their way to a basketball game when they were shot. Both victims were taken to the hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the shooters fled the area on a motor scooter.
A 17-year-old suspect was arrested last week, and a 16-year-old suspect turned himself in on Saturday, reports WBUR-FM.
They face delinquency charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon as well as several firearms charges.
