A third-grader at Daly Elementary School in Inkster, Mich., brought a loaded handgun to school and said he had the weapon because he was being bullied, The Detroit Free Press says. The principal received a call warning that the boy was bringing a gun to school, and school officials met the boy at the entrance. The school is part of the Westwood Community School District and has about 200 students in grades K to 5.
